There are plenty of exercises but the only exercise I love to do is bowling. Bowling is an anaerobic type of physical exercise, similar to walking with free weights. Bowling helps in burning calories and works muscle groups not usually exercised.

Aerobic exercises are powerful, and aerobic exercise needs to be a part of your fitness program. It helps to prevent health problems and strengthens your heart.

i use to prefer walking and skipping becasue its help me to prevent from diseases and keeps me fit.

I prefer swimming and walking both are my favorite aerobic exercise and it gives strength for my body.
