Yep, I made a CAKE competition friendly. It is the BOMB!!!
Here's the recipe:
2 egg whites
1/2 cup Better N' Peanut butter
1/3 cup coffee
1/4 cup sugar free syrup(Maple Farms)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 scoops 100% Whey White Chocolate
1 cup oats(blended)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tblspoon unsweetened cocoa.
Mix wet ingredients then add dry.
Combine and baked in sprayed baking dish at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean!
Macros!
17.3 grams protein
24.3 grams of carbs
3.4 grams of fat
4 grams of fiber
221 mg of sodium
total cals: 206.4!!!!!
You can also bump up the protein content by adding more whey, or even try casein.
Optional frosting(yea, I said it!!!)
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tblspoon sugar free syrup
1/8 vanilla extract.
Mix and refrigerate until ready to use.
Hope you guys enjoy!

I never thought a chocolate cake could be healthy for you. That's a lot of protein for a cake. I guess you could add whey protein to many cakes and breads.

I too agree with vega. I don’t think so chocolate cake is much healthier because it contains sugar.
